Support joint AF/KL management in determining which IT budget and investments contribute most to the strategic developments and goals of the Group (doing the right things).
Facilitating the 3 year plan & budgeting process. This concerns, among other things consolidation, analysis, judgment and advice regarding the annual budget round.
Monitoring the quarterly joint innovation budget; signaling deviations and discuss these with the manager.
Providing support to the IMOs in PFM process & tooling.
Analyzing the PFM process, drawing up proposals for improvement and discussing them with the manager and stakeholders.
Ensuring optimal implementation of PFM process & tooling and supervising correct implementation thereof.
Drafting and giving 'master classes' regarding PFM.
Setting up a joint Network for IMO Portfolio Managers.
Setting up Service Portfolio Management.
Academic working and thinking level.
Knowledge and demonstrable experience with Project Management & Portfolio Management
